Head Coach
The FRCC Frogs welcome Tamara Flamm as our new Head Coach! She and her family moved to Appomattox from Florida in 2020. She and her husband are the parents of four daughters ages 4-14. Coach Flamm comes to us with many years experience as a swimmer and coach. Her main stroke is butterfly and she has coached at the high school and year-round club team levels. Coach Flamm is a big believer in goal setting and open communication. We look forward to her leading our team this season!
